Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In some cases, domestic UK orders may take 7–10 business days to dispatch. This is because certain items are made to order or require extra quality checks before leaving our warehouse.


Shipping Times

Domestic Shipping (UK): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping option.

Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (see promotional banners for details).


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes
